Two kilometres from the town centre, this 11th-century Romanesque church protects the commemorative stone of the signing of the Perpetual Edict. It bears the coat of arms of Philip II as well as the blazon of Luxembourg and the town itself, which gave the latter the name of "the town of the Golden Fleece". The recent addition of stained glass windows by Jean-Michel FOLON has given this jewel of Romanesque architecture a touch of modernism of stunning effect.
