Saint-Hubert is the "European capital of hunting and nature".
This place, which is the hunters' assembly point, is also the centre of excursions and tourist walks through
the legendary forest of Saint Hubert, one of the two major forests of the Ardennes.
This historical city and its monks gave its name to the famous "Bloodhound" dogs introduced
in the UK by William the Conquérant.
